• Ownership of all TMFG designs, CAD models, drawings, engineering data, and intellectual property remains with TMFG unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Orders may be placed on hold or canceled if required information, approvals, or payments are not received within a reasonable timeframe.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these policies and terms.

• Customer approval of drawings, CAD models, dimensions, specifications, prototypes, or other design documents constitutes acceptance of the design and associated features.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and verifying all approved designs prior to manufacturing or implementation.
• Components supplied by customers for scanning, reverse engineering, measurement, testing, or development are handled with reasonable care; however, TMFG is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, hidden defects, or failures resulting from the condition of the supplied component.
• Reverse-engineered and scanned components may contain inaccuracies, wear-related deviations, or limitations inherited from the original part.
• Manufacturing dimensions are subject to reasonable tolerances and process limitations unless otherwise specified.
• TMFG does not guarantee that reverse-engineered components will meet OEM specifications unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Engineering services, design recommendations, and technical guidance are provided based on available information and should not be considered certified engineering approval unless specifically stated.
• TMFG does not guarantee compliance with local laws, regulations, certifications, safety standards, or road-use requirements unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Customers are responsible for testing, validation, verification, and safe operation of any custom-designed, fabricated, or reverse-engineered component before use.
• TMFG shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, insufficient testing, or operation outside the intended design parameters.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TMFG is not obligated to retain project files, scan data, CAD models, drawings, or engineering records indefinitely after project completion.
• Customer delays in providing information, approvals, feedback, or required materials may result in revised project timelines.
• Projects that remain inactive or without customer response for an extended period may be suspended, closed, or subject to additional fees.
• Confidentiality or non-disclosure obligations apply only when agreed to in writing through a separate agreement.
• Deposits, engineering fees, scanning fees, and development charges may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery and reporting any issues as soon as possible.
• If a product arrives damaged, defective, or an error has occurred on our part, TMFG must be contacted within 7 days of delivery.
• Return requests must be approved by TMFG before any item is returned. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made products, made-to-order items, fabricated components, engineering services, design services, reverse engineering services, 3D scanning services, and digital products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
• CAD files, scan data, STL files, STEP files, drawings, templates, and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
• Products manufactured according to customer-provided dimensions, specifications, drawings, approvals, or requirements are not eligible for return due to fitment, design, performance, or application-related issues resulting from those specifications.
• Prototype, development, experimental, clearance, or discounted items may not be eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage unless otherwise stated.

Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been installed, modified, damaged, or altered unless otherwise authorized by TMFG.
• TMFG may require photographs, videos, measurements, inspection reports, or other supporting documentation before evaluating a claim.
• All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund, repair, replacement, or store credit is approved.
• Returned items must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

Exclusions

The following do not constitute manufacturing defects and are not grounds for return or refund:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections.
• Surface finish variations.
• Layer lines from additive manufacturing processes.
• Machining marks.
• Material grain patterns.
• Minor dimensional variations within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• Natural wear resulting from normal use.

Additionally, TMFG is not responsible for:

• Improper installation.
• Incorrect fitment due to inaccurate customer-provided information.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification of a product.
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or environmental conditions.
• Improper storage, handling, or maintenance after delivery.
• Use of a product outside its intended application or design limits.

Refunds & Resolutions

• Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at TMFG's sole discretion.
• Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Any replacement product provided under an approved claim will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original purchase.

Shipping & Additional Costs

• Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other associated charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of an error by TMFG.
• Lead times, production schedules, estimated delivery dates, or shipping carrier delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
• TMFG is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, downtime, transportation expenses, vehicle recovery costs, or any third-party expenses associated with a product claim.

Right to Refuse

• TMFG reserves the right to deny any return, refund, replacement, or warranty claim that does not comply with these policies.
• TMFG reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for any approved claim based on the circumstances of the case.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact information at the time of purchase.

Shipment & Delivery

Lost, Delayed & Undeliverable Shipments

• Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and report shipping-related damage as soon as reasonably possible.
• Customers must notify TMFG within a reasonable period if a shipment has not been received after the expected delivery window.
• TMFG is not responsible for delays resulting from failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a shipment.
• Shipments returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges before reshipment.

International Orders

• Repair or replacement will be the primary resolution method where possible.
• Replacement products provided under warranty are covered only for the remaining duration and scope of the original warranty, if applicable.

• Redistribution, resale, sharing, publication, uploading, or commercial reproduction of any digital product, in original or modified form, is strictly prohibited without written permission from TMFG.

• 3D printed parts are not certified or approved for safety-critical, structural, or regulatory-compliant applications unless explicitly stated in writing by TMFG.
• Load capacity, fatigue resistance, heat resistance, and performance characteristics are not guaranteed unless specifically specified for the part.
• Minor dimensional variations may occur due to the nature of additive manufacturing and do not constitute defects.
• Minor cosmetic variations are inherent to additive manufacturing processes, including layer lines, surface texture differences, and print artifacts, and do not constitute defects.
